Re: Registration for the Naka Bulletjie Day – 26 May 2012

This year we will be hosting the 14th Bulletjie Day at Naka Bulls Youth Club. Since we have seen a growth in the numbers of schools participating and only by this we have been encourage to continue hosting such a great event for the rugby playing “Bulletjies”. This year we aim to improve on 2011, as we believe last year “TAG” rugby is a positive move for rugby development. And all this is in the interest of our children.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION : TAKE NOTE PLEASE

1) Entries for under 6 and 7 are exclusive for “tag”/ “rip” rugby.

2) Entries and fees must be received by 04 May 2012 @ 16hH00.

2. No refunds on cancellation of participation.

3. Entries received and paid by 16H00 on 04 May 2012 will be included on the program. Entries will be limited at ± 1900 players to ensure a successful day.

4. The program, road map and parking area will be forwarded to the Bulletjie organizer by the 11 May 2012 via email or fax. Changes will only be allowed until 15 May 2012. The final program will be sent on the 18 May 2012

5. Medals and other items for the players will be handed to the Bulletjie organizer after the team completed the game commitments. (U/6, U/7 and U/8)

6. The first games start at 08h00 on 26 May 2012. Please ensure your teams are present and ready to play at 8:00.

7. Parking inside the grounds will be charged at R10, 00.
